Anxiety or panic attacks can arise anytime and the episode can end up with harmful mental and physical effects. Keep a productive mind always. Change the thoughts you communicate to yourself if they involve fear and worthless anxiety. Replace them instead with positive affirmations that strengthen you mentally and emotionally. Consider your advantages instead of your weaknesses. Build them up consistently and you will be surprised to find out that those same strengths will themselves be your strongest weapons in dealing with your perceived weaknesses.
Once in awhile, slow down and look back at life. We can only be aware of the needless anxieties we face when we do such. Assess the common occurences in your life day in and day out and decide to put order where there seems to be some mess.
